Tsarnaev Death sentence

Maybe most of the United Staes citizens remember the Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who committed an act of terrorism to bomb an important event in which caused the death of four people and hundreds of poeple injured. He and his brother were captured shortly after the bombing occured in April 15 of 2013.

There was clear evidence that he was an Islam and that his actions were committed because of radical ideas in the name of his religion. Photos like this shows that he was an Islamist that hated the United States.

During the trial, many victims and their families cry upon their loses and consider that the Russian deserves to pay with his life as the popular saying “an eye for an eye”. But the parents of the youngest victim, an 8 years old boy named Martin, said that they were against death penalty.

According to Bill and Dennis Richards, it will have “years of appeals and prolong reliving the most painful day”. They have a good reason why Tsarnaev should not die as part of taking out a life as a sin and and act of regretment and unacceptable.  Ther were thankful that the terrorist that took part of their soul was put under custody, but the richards consider that he should be in jail and die by the time.

But it still considered by most Americans and the jury that justice will be brought as he pays with his life and that keeping him alive is a risk as there could be a possibility that he comes back and commit another terrorist attack.

He lost his brother Tamerlan during when they run away from the police as his brother tried to attack the police by tossing his empty gun at them and was shot by them. Dzhokhar said that his brother died as a holy warrior and was jealous of him as he already reached paradise.

“The US Government is killing our innocent civilians but most of you already know that,” Dzhokhar wrote. “Know you are fighting men who look into the barrel of your gun and see heaven, now how can you compete with that. We are promised victory and we will surely get it.”

He wrote that he couldn’t stand to see the U.S. government “go unpunished” for killing Muslims.

“We Muslims are one body, you hurt one you hurt us all.”

He ended with: “Now I don’t like killing innocent people it is forbidden in Islam but due to said [word lost to a bullet hole] it is allowed.”

He tried to defend himself, but it is enough for some people but not for the most. In my personal opinion he deserves to be dead for killing innocent people that were never involved on him or his religion. What are your thoughts?
